Hello swim friends!

I am a member of Palmetto Masters in Charleston. 

I began my swimming journey when I was eight for a summer team. I swam through my teens and high school years with the old AAU swimming organization until college where I stopped swimming until I was 50. Life happens!

My youngest son was swimming year round so I decided to jump back in and started swimming to have something to do while he practiced. Thirteen years later here I am.

I have been lucky enough to have reconnected through USMS with two former team mates from the AAU years Carolyn Moore (Greenville Splash) and Cathy Hallman (Palm). 

I love college sports and follow the South Carolina Gamecocks as well as the College of Charleston Cougars. I coached baseball in and around Charleston for 20 years.

I am married to Lisa Buck. I have 3 sons. Jason (35) and his wife Taylor, Matthew(33) and his wife Maura and Casey(25). I have 3 wonderful grandchildren Kingsley(13), Bentley (9) and Maylee Anne (1-1/2)
